Hi guys I've got a 91 capri that I've put a substantial amount of performance upgrades into the motor but aswell as going fast the car needs to be able to perform as well if not better than originally I'm wanting to stiffen up the suspension and lower it a little also what sort of suspension setups work for these thanks in advance Jenna

Welcome, I've also considered coilovers. The guys in the Festiva group make their own from available pieces in the aftermarket. This would also allow you to use wider wheels and tires without rubbing.
