Title: Looking for a Harmonic Balancer (94 N/A Engine)

Hello, hoping to get my car on the road after the Camshaft Pulley/Harmonic Balancer gave out.

I had order one on Ebay but found out that I ordered the smaller earlier model that will not work for my car

Any solutions for this with the smaller one are appreciated but the proper part is what I'm after.

I think you can get one at the Mazda dealer, for the Miata, I am pretty sure it is the same. It may be constructed a little differently than the OEM piece

Miata had the same small/large nose crank changeover around the same time as the Capri

Thanks for the info, I think I've found a matching part on ebay - going to confirm tomorrow at the shop and go ahead with the order

hopefully I'll be back on the road before I know it

I'm in need of the sleeve that connects to the balancer in the second image, any idea what the proper name for this is please?

After buying a couple of convincing looking balancers I'm still struggling to repair my car since none of them matched properly.

Can I get any suggestions or is anyone selling a harmonic balancer?

Have you tried the Mazda dealer. This is where everyone else has got theirs.

There are no aftermarket manufacturers making the part.
If you're looking for used you might also try the parts locator website www.car-part.com

I finally got what I needed after getting similar but incorrect balancers

For anyone in the future: look up your parts using the engine numbers (b6 Mazda) to get the absolute closest match
