Yes Blueamber you were correct that is Manny's warehouse.  It turns out that the leasing company has not heard from him in over a year.  Manny's sister, who is the person that the leasing company deals with has not heard from him in over a year either, he seems to have disappeared.  The leasing company is going to be holding and auction to empty out his warehouse.  I happened to run into the gentleman running the auction yesterday, he flagged me down because of my car.  We didn't get to exchange to much info as we were talking at a red light, but i did give him this site and he got my phone number and said he would be contacting me with more info when they are ready.  Anybody interested keep on eye on the this sight, they may post some info on here about where and when and how it will be done.  He said he is not sure if they will be piecing it out or looking for a buyer for the whole lot.  He said that there is about 4 or 5 complete 1994 Capris in the warehouse, but when I looked in there i would say more like 8 to 10.  Plus the warehouse is full of parts, hard tops and other stuff.  CapritypeR I told him about Roo-Sport if you would like I will give him your contact info when he gets back in touch with me.  I left you a message on your voicemail yesterday with my phone number. Other than sitting for a long time, these cars look to be in excellent shape and have not been sitting out in elements. I will post updates as I get them.

YES! Please share my info with them...I'd be happy to assist them in liquidating any and all items they need help with.
I will also give you a call tomorrow sometime.

Manny just posted on the FB group, 3 days ago! Rocket sent him a message alerting him to this post.....hopefully, he see's it - It hate to see him lose his cars!
