the guy who made my pipe going to the throttle body wants to fab stuff for our engines.
i am going to have him make a J-Pipe and the Upper throttle body pipe. it will be made to the customer request. N/A cars as well. replace the restrictive plastic crap with light weight aluminum built to your design.
here is the pipe he did for me.
if anyone is interested let me know. He can also make some exhaust manifolds.

hey there, I'm wondering if he still makes exhaust manifolds? mine is cracked pretty bad and i cant seem to find a replacement one that isn't already cracked. if so, whats his price? Thanks!

No one has given up an example one yet for him to make one. He has to look at it and go from there on the price.
I wont be back in town until Feb. I will be seeing him shortly after i get back because he is going to be chopping off the top to my truck to make it a convertible.

150 would hardly cover materials cost. Even the JGS tools kit manifolds are more than that. How does he cut his flanges? It costs me half that to have a steel flange laser or waterjetted.
I was able to look up a ford dealer part listing online, they seem to still have them despite being listed as "no longer available" last I checked you could still get them though. They have it listed for $183.08

J-pipe action still available? If so what universal intercooler kit did you use? The setup in the picture looks awesome!

Does the guy still make the crossover pipes? They look perfect.

As for the universal FMIC kit I used

You still have to buy the coupler that goes to the Throttle Body and The one that is on the Turbo to the Hot side. You will also need to figure out how you want to do your Intake set up.
You can see all the pictures here on my photo bucket account. Overall really easy. I removed my A/C and had to cut out a hole on one side and trim up the other. The intercooler fits both types of front bumpers without having to cut anything.
I highly recommend using these couplers. I have been using them exclusively for all my builds since the early 2000s. The only vacuum lines I will use as well.

Now for the Upper Pipe, I used the 90deg pipe in the kit, had someone put on the 2 nipples. Your really only need one for the IACV. The one for the boost source can be used off the intake Manifold instead. I dont see this guy very often that made this one. They are really simple to make, just find someone locally who can weld. It should cost you about 50-75 for them to weld on the bung and the BOV flange.

I see that all the tubine is 2.5", including the crossover pipe attached to the throttle.
Does the opening to the adapter need a reducer from 2.5" to attach to the throttle?
I can't tell from the photos if that is a straight on connection.
What size adapter is used at the throttle connection?
My little project is to get some stuff done before my mechanic can drop in the new engine.
Trying to decide whether to mount the FMIC while I wait for an open bay for the transplant.
