Title: Wiper arms, linkage, and motor

Does anyone know if any Mazda or Ford wiper parts are compatible with the Capri? I'd use actual Capri parts, but I don't want to pay that much for used components when BG 323 parts are new and 1/2 the price

Well, I can confirm that the 323 BG Wiper Transmission will replace the Capri one with a little bit of work

I went out and tested the cheapest combination of parts that I could. I had a BG wiper transmission, a refurbished Capri wiper motor, and NOS Capri arms to work with after everything on my Capri failed

The transmissions are almost identical looking, which is a good sign, but "modifications" are necessary on the car and on the transmission

I forgot to take a picture before I cut them, but there are 2 legs on the BG mount that need to be cut off so that it will turn properly. Also, the locating detent on the car will need to be extended because the BG's pin is ~3mm further out than the Capri's

It works like a charm now
