Title: Manual trans swap from Escort GT

Hi all,

Got a '91 Escort GT for sale near me cheap. Will the pedal assembly from these fit our Capris?

Put the whole drivetrain in :)

I bet the pedal assembly is similar and could be made to work

I did an auto to manual swap on one years ago, but I had a donor capri to swap all the parts from. Early Mercury Tracer pedals may work, but I don't believe the escort is the same chassis. The 1.8 motor and heavy-duty trans would be an upgrade though.
