Title: WTB Door map pocket 91-93 ***GOT ONE***

I had my Capri in the body shop to repair damage done by a kid on a bike at a car show.

It appears someone at the body shop kicked the map pocket and now it's cracked so I'm looking for a replacement.

I'm located about 1/2 hour Southwest of Ann Arbor.

I epoxied the broken pocket but pieces are missing. It crumbled around the rear attaching point as well.

I have wondered if it would be possible to have someone scan it to create STL files for 3D printing a new pocket.  I know the texture would not match the original but it could be smoothed and painted to match the interior colour.

Then we could make replacement pockets out of fresh ABS which isn't so brittle.

Fiberglass might be a good choice too. 3d printing is totally viable but most home printers are nowhere near the size envelope needed to print a map pocket :(

Got a pocket from Jack.

My original map pocket had a lot of stress cracks around the screw holes. I reinforced areas around the replacement with plastic epoxy. Totally invisible once installed.

Don't mean to necro a thread, but I am also in need of the passenger side map pocket.  Friend of mine kicked it on accident and cracked it. :(
