I do not think that would hold.

There should be metal "fins" that stick into the rubber that help anchor the mount to the rubber. Casting new material around that will ensure a good bond

gluing it together with a single-stage urethane will likely not hold at all

It's actually irrelevant. Mid-county Mustang no longer exists.I have been on the phone extensively with PJ over the last couple weeks, and he is retiring.
