Heater box blend door
« on: November 01, 2010, 05:50:00 AM »

My 92 has a broken fitting where the cable connects from the dash control to the blend door, it is broken off flush with the air box. No heat to the interior and its cold in Michigan.  Any work arounds?  Can I just cut the box open and rig up something?

Drill a few small holes in it..then use some plastic jb weld and reattach it over the part that broke off and make sure it goes into the holes you drilled as well. I did that to install my billet grill on my Yukon and worked like a champ
