it could be stuck but did you plug the speedo cable back in to the cluster, they can be a real pain in the butt to get plugged in all the way, i would check that.

Never removed the cluster so I'm guessing the damn needle is stuck. Guess I'll have to get it unstuck lol it does move but not over 10 mph

I read online that if you hold the trip needle in and turn the key to before you start the car it will reset the needle anyone ever heardnof this? And has anyone had this problem when installing the whit face gauges?

That may work for newer cars, but wont work for ours. We have a mechanical speedometer. The other gauges are analogue

Check to see if something is binding around the needle's drive pin.

I have seen some really botched white gauge installs. (removed all the needles, lol!) completely ruined the cluster.

What kind of "isn't moving right"?

Probably not shoved in all the way and/or not properly aligned insertion in the back.   Undo the coupling under the hood and try it again.

*Be aware that shoving it in "properly" is the leading cause of the housing pulling out of the crimping at the coupling's collar.

**which may be your present problem.

Did you ubolt the cluster and pull it away from the dash? That'll do it.

That's the thing I only took the plastic off the cluster never removed it everything else works but the speedo. Wat fuse does the speedo work off of ?
Jw I hooked up my volt gauge to the fuse box maybe that did it?

Maybe you didn't see my post above - the speedo is purely mechanical, NO electronics in it. Its driven by a gear from the differential via a cable.

If you unbolted the gauge cluster and pulled it just an inch (you can do this without disconnecting anything) - you could have disturbed the cable.

Also, you may have a broken speedo cable that could have just picked an inopportune time to snap.
