my front passenger side wheel is making a loud sound when the wheel is spinning. i replaced the wheel barings and still give me the sound. what can this sound be?

Are you hearing the noise with the brake caliper and wheel mounted? It could be the disc shield or something else rubbing.

yeah the wheel is mounted on and its not the dust shield.
