Since I own my car, what 2-3 years?  My temp gauge is always little below the H. This year, I just changed oiled(every year), sprayed clean the engine, turn on the Air. The needle now fell close to the C, before it would go down to middle with air on. Is it working correctly now or was it working correctly before?

I think I posted here before when I first got my car if that was normal that it's close to the H and I believe it was ok.

Do you think it's a gauge problem? (does the engine still come up to full temp?) or does the car stay cool, or warm up only when sitting still for a while? Your tstat could have failed open

60-70% is normal operating range.

If it is reading low like that. It can be a couple things. Thermostat is always open. causing it to not heat up as fast as before or your sending unit is bad.

Both are cheap & take a few minutes to replace.

Maybe you're right, it stays opened.  I think I'd over filled the Radiator fluid. Could that be the cause?

Oh last night, As I was driving home at night. I noticed my light was pretty dim, turn up but still dim. It's like your alternator going bad. It didn't feel like a normal drive. Once I got home, I'd see if I can restart it back up and it didn't.  Sound as if battery was low. Woke up this morning to see WTF was wrong.  Start it up as nothing had happened. hmmmmm.

You can't overfill coolant. It will push out the over flow if its too full when heated up.

A battery can start on a voltage of about 10 volts. You need to see what the voltage reading is when running. Should be 12.5-14.5 when running. With nothing extra turned on it should be more towards the high side. With lights & ac... more towards the low end. The voltage regulator might be going out in the Alt on you.

So last night, after work. Darn thing wouldn't start so I had a jumped and it worked. It's the battery.  How did the battery drain so fast? Noticed when I grabbed the jumper, the trunk wasn't close tightly.  Edge of my woofer box was preventing it. Assuming the dome light was on. Car was parked every weekend. Battery was check couple months ago and was good. Charing right now.

About the temp o meter, the needle still fluctuate up and down but not above half.  I will try to replace the Stats first and see.

Replace the stat & sensors all at once. Flush the system good, remember to turn on the heater as well to get everything out.

Ok, so where is this statz and sensor locate at?
I'm assuming it's bottom hose of radiator because doesn't look like a statz could fit anywhere on the upper hose.  techcapri didn't really tell me where.

So I took my car to different auto store. This time it was determined bad battery.  Replaced. Asked about sensor, which sensor do I need to get, the sender or the coolant sensor?

I replace them all at the same time since the coolant is drained & then I know its all good.. They are cheap enough as well. like 12 bucks or less for each.

OMG, I'm so stupid. I was looking at the battery voltage ( H - L )instead of the engine temp on the left.  It was the battery voltage that drops not the engine temp.  So now with new battery, it's still low. Alternator?

I know the sensor is still good today, because the engine temp was at its max 250+ and smoke was coming out of the engine on the freeway going to work.  Open up, radiator fluid everywhere.  Now, I'm assuming the new statz is not working correctly. Will put the old back tomorrow.

Man, all this by reading wrong thing. urgggg!

If it overheated that bad, you're best off doing a compression check to make sure you didn't pop the head gasket by warping the head. These engines do not fare well once run that hot.
