I like driving the car and all but I dont like the idea of breaking in half going down the road.

See the (really rough) weld going around the frame rail in front of the rust? Dont know what is up with that.

Registration expires on the 27th (yay hbd to me) probably gonna switch back to my turbo coupe and start swapping the b6t to my festiva (which is in much better shape).

Yeah the dash is like perfect, decent interior.

But I got the drivetrain and probably the brakes too. Nothing like an engine and brakes powerful enough to move and stop a 2500lb car really well in an 1800lb car.

i think i need tranny/engine mounts. i am starting to hear some clunking and metal squeals over bumps and take offs

Pretty much any of the rubber parts like bushings or mounts is worn to crap. The front passenger strut mount is separated at the top where the rubber meets the metal, if you jack the car up the strut falls out. The shifter mount is shot, I have a nut and bolt holding the shifter up. The swaybar bushings are all rotted, im sure the control arms are the same way.
Somehow the motor mounts seem to be holding up but I will probably be using those in some way for my festiva swap.

ive got frame rot, rust on EVERY metal body panel... a soft top that's partially broken, a clutch that's really slipping, i have to have the wheel turned alot to the right to go straight, the car's pulling to the left, nearly bald tires..... am i forgetting anything else?
