Transmission fluid change
« on: May 17, 2022, 10:58:40 PM »

So I attempted to do an ATF change. It went seemingly well, I even replaced the gasket and added some Lucas stop slip and the transmission has improved a lot. I noticed a few days afterward the pan is weeping at the gasket.. so I'm pretty pissed off about that. I'm assuming the pan wasnt torqued correctly, or maybe the seal wasn't clean enough.. is my only option to do this whole process over completely? Does anyone know the proper bolt tightening pattern for this pan, and what the torque setting is for the bolts? I'm really not thrilled to be buying another gallon of ATF...
