problems after jumping the capri

i had to jump the capri yesterday because I left the running lights on, I must have bumped the pop up switch and the briefly went up then back down when I jumped it. now they turn on but do not go up, and the radio lights up but plays no sound. any advice for what I fucked up?

HLM fuse looks good aswell as the 15 amp audio fuse
