A Pillar retaining clips

Gentlemen!
Any idea where I could get my paws on these retaining clips for the A-pillar trim?
If I’m going to open them all up to install the new radio and DAB antenna, I may as well replace these with new ones.

That's a stumper James, I've never seen them new. I don't know where to begin to find something like that. Perhaps the dealer? I can't imagine they are specific to the Capri

They’re all there and intact.
Just like to replace that kind of stuff while I’m at it.

At my local auto parts stores (Autozone and Advanced Auto Parts) they usually have a few spinning racks full of all the different plastic rivets and retaining clips, stuff like that. I'd take a look in those sections. I feel like I've seen things just like these in there. You might also have some luck at a fabric store, like Jo-Anne's fabric.
