Ignition Control Module (?)
« on: February 19, 2021, 12:48:51 AM »

Gentlemen!

These are ignition units, right?
Is there any way to test them other than plugging them into the car?

Cheers

I believe they are, but for an N/A Capri, the XR2 does not use them.

Those are cylinder ID sensors that are located on the outside of the N/A distributor. The ignition module that controls spark looks like this

and it's inside the distributor.
