Headlights up won't retrack

Bluff:
Replaced speedometer then reconnected the battery headlights came up. I didn't  have headlight switch  plug in. Now after plugging in switch the headlights won't  retrack.

Rocketman:
Did you happen to bump the switch in the center console that keeps the headlights up all the time?
