BP Performance in Florida does some really crazy stuff.  They've got lots of other stuff too and a super fast Festiva.

You should be able to find a load of camshaft stuff for the 1.6L Miata. The cam gears are the same as the 1.8L miata too. (1.8 cams do not fit)
