How Do I Replace the Convertible Top Latch

I recently bought a '93 N/A Capri.  It has a broken top latch.  I bought a used one on Ebay.  Not sure how much of the top I need to take apart to swap out the latches.

Lower the top into the well.  There are two short (really short) phillps flat head screws under handle.  There is a long, really long, much bigger, screw across the front of the latch, back it out.  Raise the top slightly for clearance and remove the latch, simple.  No big deal really.
