dash and tailights not working

1991 capri xr2 turbo.has no tailights or dash lights.headlights are fine.no blown fueses.also ac comp not kicking in. it is fully charged.couldent find any blown fueses.does anyone know if it is a clutchless compressor.tks

It has a clutch.

Did you check the fuses and circuit breakers under the hood, on the front of the driver's strut tower? Have a look at the electrical diagrams in the factory service manual for a better understanding of how the brake lights, dash and AC might be controlled. I wouldn't be surprised if they go to one circuit breaker in the box under the hood.

Have a look at the electrical diagrams in the factory service manual for a better understanding of how the brake lights, dash and AC might be controlled. I wouldn't be surprised if they go to one circuit breaker in the box under the hood.
