Thanks for the pics and info!

I figured it was using the Vulcan V6 and tranny. The narrow engine bay was suggesting the use of a SOHC engine.
The Aerostar rear axle is 5 inches or so longer than the Ranger’s axle, so that would explain why the fenders in the rear were flared.

The workmanship on this car is excellent....this guy knows what he's doing, and it's obvious he loves doing it! Again, the bodywork is all metal, and he used stainless steel everywhere he could. There are a number of things I would change, but overall, the car shows very well.
Yes, Rocket - it needs headers....as well as a lot more chrome under the hood, wire wheel & white walls, as well as something different for the hood ornament...

I guess it's a matter of taste, but I consider that an amazing piece of artwork. I would be honored to own that car! Amazing craftsmanship and unbelievable vision. I am amazed at the level of skill it takes to create things like because I know I would never be able to do anything close to that. Totally in awe....

I agree! I get that it's not everyone's taste, but after the seeing car close-up & in person, the workmanship is incredible!

A little bit of an update:
I swapped out the stock black door handles/door locks with chrome units. replaced the silver painted rub strips with chrome-covered 94 strips, and added the side pipes. Next up on the outside, is a set of hand-built chrome wire wheels w/whitewalls, and chroming the front/rear bumpers.
On the inside, I swapped the 93 gray interior out for the black interior from a 94 XR2, & installed a modern stereo and new speakers. Next up for the interior: Brand new black carpet, custom built center console, swap the gray dash out for a black one, wood steering wheel, and wood/wood grain gauge/radio bezels.
