Great find, if youre looking for tuning tips look on Youtube for TheCarPassionChannel he does B6 related Megasquirt tuning guides.  :)

I remember the Link ECU from like 10+ years ago, surprised they’re still selling them for $1600 Vs. the MS DIYPNP unit for $425.

The guide is a bit out dated but still a good rough guide. I believe the DIYPNP comes with the parts for doing the required mods.
I personally would have used Toyota COP setup instead of separate coil packs and plug wires.
