Just got my strutbar installed!  Handling in the Capri is now a dream torque steer is gone, along with the nasty body roll I was having.  Rocketmans construction is great and the hardware included was high quality!  I can allready tell the RS is going to be a great track car once I get the rest of the bracing!

Updated with before and after transformation. These pictures are from when I first got the car, and were taken on a really old phone so forgive the quality. Its easy to say my Capri was in awful shape before I got ahold of it.

Like I said, nice work.  Love the wheels.  Got a suggestion for you.  Paint the red strip in the side trim yellow, yellow calipers and kangaroo shields on the front fenders.  And I don't like yellow.  Came up with that for my red car, but now I've got a white car so the red works.

Nice work. Dig the wheels.

Went thru the same thing with the header panel several times. Sucks it doesn't unbolt.

Thanks Jack and Matt for the compliments.
The wheels are Konig Incidents in 15x6 not sure on offset. Ill be selling them for cheap whenever I get my new wheels.

Yea the header is a huge pain. The worst part is that on the coldest day of last year a small amount of bondo cracked so I may have to go back and do it again.  :'(

Update on the project: My lower arm bar came today. I tried to put it on but It turns our im missing the socket that is used to get the lower splash guard off. The worst part about it was that I allready had jacked the car up when I figured it out. Also can one of you guys give me tips on how to get the alternator out. I cant seem to beable to reach the socket in the back

Update: Lower Arm Bar Installed + New Alternator
I was looking at the alternator all wrong when I started it the first time. It ended up only taking me a hour to install the new one. The arm bar took a few hours but that was only because it was just me doing it. It stiffened up steering, also it stopped the car from wandering on the road..

When you get ready to fix your header, if you want to come up here, I can pull it out for you so the filler won't be so thick.  Also, If I can afford them, I'll take your wheels.

When I did mine I tack welded some roofing nails to the panel and pulled it out as best I could. There's still a lot of filler there though. Haven't yet had an issue with it.

I probably wont be redoing the header panel. I plan on getting it professionally painted.

While I was under my car I realized my front sway bar needs new bushings, and sway bar links. I also need to replace the upper strut tower rubber. Once it gets warmer I plan on getting that done. Does anyone have any recommended brands for these items?

Just bought everything to convert my Capri to the 94 tails. I also bought the 94 sun-visors.  I'm getting pretty close to how I want the interior to look like. Hopefully next month Ill have the new front seats put in.

Once I get payed again ill be converting to projector headlights with HIDs. If I can find a Halo projector that will fit, I plan on doing demon eyes.

Just got the 94 Tailight Conversion kit today. Everything was in great condition ill need help with doing the repair on the socket. I plan on having the panel fixed and repainted by a friends shop so I will have to wait to install after that.

Big Brake Upgrade has been bought I'm going to install them next weekend. If I run into any snags I'll definitely document it here. I plan on taking good pictures. Is there any reason why this won't fit my N/A?

Yes, if you have the "small" brake rotors, the knuckle casting is different (we've just confirmed this in the last year) and will not place the caliper at the proper distance from the hub. If I remember right, there is no pattern as to which n/a's got the "large" brakes and which ones did not. Measure before diving in

Will you be grinding your hubs or machining them? New bearings & seals while you're in there?

I figured something like that.
How do I tell the smaller brakes from the bigger is it simply a larger rotor?

I'll be grinding the hub down I don't have the money to go get them machined. As I recall it's just grinding abit of the ears around the lug stud goes right?

Yup I'll be changing all the seals and putting a new set of bearings in, I'd rather do it now then later.

Measure your rotors? Its either 9 3/8" or 10 1/4"

I've machined several sets of hubs for the Galant upgrade. Don't think I'd trust grinding.
Should be easy to find someone with a lathe - ask around? A six pack or a pizza will get a surprising amount of work done
