Front Bumper Spacer

Pulled the front bumper and found that only one of these was on the car. Is this normal for there to only be one on one side? The car's never been in a front-end accident, but it was in for repairs once when an RV drove up the driver's side while it was parked so I can't be sure of what's normal and what isn't body-wise.

If there's supposed to be one on each side, I'm gonna need one of these suckers.

I've probably pulled 100 bumpers off Capris, and I've never seen one of these.....

Well...snap. I guess I'll take it off and put the bumper back on and see what happens. I didn't think there was any frame damage from the scrape so I wouldn't think the mount point would be affected. Thanks!
