Oil Pressure Question

Lately the oil pressure on my 91 N/A has bee running near the bottom line when at hiway speeds and climbs to 1/4 to half when slowing down or in traffic. (142,000 miles)  

Oil clean and full.  No noise or ticking.

Any ideas
