Driver side seat swap with passenger side

Has anyone swapped the driver and passenger seats?  The foam on the driver side is worn and I'd like to put the passenger seat there until I can by proper seats.  Can it be done?

I'm sure it can be done. You would need to swap the rails and the seat belt buckle. I'm probably missing something, though. I know a few folks have swapped the foam...
