I would be happy to look at the price for 2" as well and let me smoke this over to decide how far I want to go.  I am not interested in ricer sound. Prefer something more deeper or throatier sounding.  The last video you had posted on this thread was starting to sound pretty good to me.  I have two xr2's, 92 and 94 and my wife has 94 NA, so opportunity for multiple systems across some time exist here.  If the header becomes reality, I would consider trying it on one of the xr2's.

Right on. I'm hoping to get on the dyno once I port the wastegate, just to have a baseline for what this header should do.

Well, this will be a huge disappointment. I will not have any time before I deploy to make these systems. It's just been a bad time with my house and now I have to sell my jig car to make my mortgage payment so that effectively eliminates the possibility of making these kits at the moment. When I come back into the states, I'll try to get a rust-free example from Arizona that I wanted in the first place. Only then will I resume making these kits.

Stay safe Gaz! Look forward to your return. I still have some systems for you to build.

Sorry to hear that Gaz.

Did you have any fixtures made for making the exhausts off-vehicle? Or you just had them fitted to your one Capri every time you had an order?

I have not built a jig for these. Should have, but they can be inaccurate.
