Looking at the PTS Capri Collision manual, it shows 2 part numbers for turbo vs non-turbo steering knuckles.  Is that right?

So, more looking reveals there ARE 2 part numbers (really 4, left and right), says early 91's use a different knuckle.  Anyone know the difference?

Large Vs. Small brakes

One had a smaller dust shield pressed onto it for the smaller brakes.
I think the caliper mounting ears were also further inboard

So these are not interchangeable? I have grabbed knuckle assemblies w/hubs off parts cars and thrown onto my fleet as needed when bearings go bad, so I guess I've been lucky.

Not interchangeable no. I mean, unless you want to downgrade your brakes. One of the guys here pulled a set off a Tracer hoping to do the Galant upgrade off-car, and the tracers seemed to all have got the small brakes.

It seems like most of the Capris have the larger brakes. I've only seen a handful of n/a's with the smaller ones. So the odds are good for gettin' lucky :D
