I don't drive it much anymore and the ignition switch went
bad. I think that is what is wrong.  You ask why not just fix it
or get it fixed.  Because i'm 80 years old and over 6' tall, and I
don't bend as well as I use to.  I've noticed with each passing
year, the car seems to get lower to the ground.
I'm the second owner of the car, I have had it for about 16
years.  It has 74,982 miles on it.  It is not a piece of junk(as
photos will show).  The body is in good shape.  It has never
been in a wreck.  The transmission and engine are good,
never had any problems with them.  The engine runs fine
when you can start it.(I know you can't take anyones word
for anything anymore)  The top is old, but no rips or tears in
it.  It does not leak when I wash it.  Same for the upholstery
no rips or tears.  Front tires are good back ones are worn.

Air works lights work as far as I know everything works
exception the ignition switch. It has a hardtop that came
from the dealership and a spoiler was also put on at the
dealership when the car was bought new.
A lot of fun left in this car.  Take a look, it might be better
than the one you are now driving.
Asking price??? maybe i can get $600 for it?  I hate to sell
it so it can be crushed.  Hope to find someone that will
appreciate it.

more info and telephone number and photos.

I sent you an email. I've been wanting a 94 automatic. If it's like you said it will have an excellent permanent home with me.

That's one of my options. I have a friend that has a tow dolly. I'm thinking it's around 6 hours one way. That's enough for me to get a motel. I use to drive a truck and my record is 1250 miles in one day. 600-700 was the norm. Anymore I don't really care for long days driving. Another reason why I now buy automatics. I'm sick of shifting, lol. I use to love manuals when I was younger.

I have another friend that offered to ride with me and drive both cars back. It's a great time to run through the gorge with the top down. Then we might run the southern route back where NC, GA and TN meet. That's some fun driving.

I have a spare distributor assembly, starter and I'll take a new battery with me. The way he talks it sounds like a connection problem to me. I'm driving her home. He should get the $$ today. If all goes well I'll have the title next week. Then I'll get the tags and insurance before I leave. I normally don't like sending money blind but we've talked a lot and I'm convinced he's on the up and up, old school where your word and a handshake is good enough. You can look on Google maps and see the car.

I'm kind of excited. I can't wait to work on her, lol.
