Do you know how much drop these are supposed to give?  Also are they progressive rate or straight?

They're progressive rate and give about a 1.25 inch drop on the front and rear.

Yes what he said...Thanks  I would say 1.5" but anything is better than stock Capri spring heights and H&R is by far the premium brand to have.

Are these for use with coil overs?  I happened to look at my fronts and they are short and fat, with only about 5 coils?

No... coilover springs are much smaller.

Can you get insulators with them? I think I'll change my springs out.

Spring isolators are still available from Mazda for the BF 323

Frt uppers B001-34-012
Frt lowers B092-34-013
Rears  uppers B092-28-0012A

bump...these springs and Rear kyb's need a good home on you Capri. I also have 4 new boots for 10.00 each +  shipping and a new in box set of Gabriel Ultras f&r for 100.00 + shipping.
