Welcome!  Good to have you on board!  As a newcomer myself, I will tell you that this is an amazing forum.  there is lots of knowledge and overall goodwill in this group.  I think you'll find it worthwhile.

Here is a "how to" reply concerning photo posting copied from the "Test Forum" thread.  It was helpful to me when I joined.

+++++++++++++++++
In order to add a photo to your post, you need to upload your image to an image hosting site such as PhotoBucket, image shack, etc.

Once your image is uploaded, copy the URL to that image.

Then you need to link to your photo in your forum post, just click the icon above the text box that looks like a photo, if you hover your cursor over it it says "Insert Image". Paste the URL to your pic in the dialog box that pops up and click OK.

That's all there is to it.

We will be adding the ability to upload images once more storage space becomes available.

Let us know if you have any problems!  :D

This is a very complicated case (car), a lot of ins, a lot of outs, a lot of what-have-yous.

Rattle can? Plasti-dip? Legit paint?

The black without a front bumper skin has a really unique look to it

Welcome.
I joined years back, was away a while, and now have diff projects going on; replace, repair, fix.
As you read, there is a wealth of knowledge here, and a wealth of experiences you might or might not have for yourself.
If you have questions, the smart guys will answer.
They know the joy and tribulations of the Capri.
Read old posts. You will enjoy the ride.

;D haha rocketman nah I was tired of that nice sunfade white that it was so I used some rattle cans. but yes I have a friend with a paint booth and I can legit paint the car at my paint cost but ive been told to paint a couple different colors but grabber blue is a ford motor color so it would at least be the same companies paint just a different year ive thought a lot about this lol

Go for it, IMO it doesn't matter where the paint comes from. The capri looks good in a lot of different colors.

Im thinking about repainting my GTXR2 and maybe my red XR2 as well this year, if I can scare up the funds. Nothing too crazy just $100 single stage paint

Mine is red, black bumpers, and white top.
It needs paint, and thought about doing the body in a black.
Black body and the white top will make it look like a two tone shoe.
The old saddle oxfords.
After I get some engine work done, I just might go to the "shoe look"
