Calliope
« on: February 19, 2014, 08:41:23 PM »

My 16 year old has named his Capri Calliope who was the muse of poetry (or Kalliopē the "beautiful-voiced").  I call her "Valdez" as she dispenses a bit of oil (evidence the cardboard incontinence mat beneath the front end).  He picked her up for $700 in December.  She runs out great.  We've put a new top on, new tires and have purchased the parts for a timing belt/water pump change out and valve cover gasket job.
Although we have given her different names, when its 77 degrees outside in February, we both call her same thing - FREAKIN AWESOME!

This is a very complicated case (car), a lot of ins, a lot of outs, a lot of what-have-yous.
