I've since cleaned it out, but here's the interior:

Good find?  It runs great!

Looks awesome.  How much did you get it for?  Wish my interior looked that nice.

Hard to tell from the pics - is it grey or black? Black is one of the rarest (and best looking, IMO) for the 94 XR2.

What's up with the seats? Looks like someone deleted the headrests? Good find either way, it's a SHARP looking 94! I like it!

I paid $3,000 for it. Did I overpay?  The car has 105,000 miles on it. Everything works; new tires; all new tune up; and new interior.  The car is charcoal grey.

As for the seats, the PO put new seat covers on and didn't re-install the headrests because he didn't like the way they looked. I have since re-installed them because IMO, the seats look goofy without them.

I don't know where they came from, but I will certainly ask the PO when I see him next week.  Also, I want to let everyone know that this guy has a TON of Capri parts that he wants to unload. He offered me a parts car and about two truckloads of parts for $500.00.  I wish I could buy them, but I can't right now.  I'd like to buy them and resell, but I don't even know what the market is on the parts.  He only has a few 94 specific parts that he's going to save for me, but everything else goes.  Are Capri parts hot enough right now that I could make my money back and then some? He has a top frame, consoles, doors (I think), fenders (again, I think), switches, and like I said, a red parts car.

Are all the parts for a 94 or does he have parts from 91-93?
Still looking for a good throttle cable. The Zip Tie I was using to keep tension on the cable snapped today. Good thing I was near the auto shop. New thicker Zip Tie.
Hell, just buy the stuff, ship it to Russ, make a buck, and have a beer.
