Well, here is my submission for October CotM!

I present to you....

The Great Pumpkin!

The Great Pumpkin began life as a Platinum Silver 1992 XR2. I picked her up in August of 2012 with only 60K on the odometer!

She has gone through several changes in the 2 years I have owned her. The previous owner had attempted a few engine mods, but they were mostly just "that'll do" type things. But, I had a great platform to work from, so I dove in head first! Here's what she looked like when I picked her up:

UGH!!!

I knew she was going to be my daily driver, so I couldn't do too much all at once, so I started small...

I went from here....

To here!!

And she looks good with her brothers and sisters too!!

I love my little Capri and wouldn't trade her for anything! I have met some awesome people along the way and can't wait to meet many more!

Here's a list of the mods:

Front Mount Intercooler with 2 1/2" piping
HKS Style Blow off Valve
Rocketchip
Manual Boost Controller
Ported waste gate

Powder Coated valve cover
Strut bar
Silicone vacuum lines
2 1/4" Cat back exhaust
Tokico Copper Struts
Lowering Springs (Dropped it about an inch and a half)
Big Brake upgrade
Energy Suspension Urethane sway bar link bushings
16" Rims
LED Marker lights and turn signals
Custom soft top boot cover
Custom interior

So there you have it! The Great Pumpkin!!

Although it won't be that color for long....
