I'm actually thinking about doing something of the sort.  I just feel that my Capri is so loose going down the road, and I think the shocks and struts and springs might help.  But there's also the issued of body panels and such...but those, I have no idea how to go about getting assessed.

If you're trying to reduce body roll, the cheapest and best way to start is with new struts (I would keep the stock springs unless you know you want a drop, too) - after the struts, find a swaybar from any other Capri (the auto non-turbo's don't have them, but they DO have the mounts for it) then get a generic swaybar endlink kit from pepboys or autozone or something.  My body roll is almost non-existent now, to the point that my next upgrade is a harness, because now when you turn the wheel it doesn't roll, it just yaws over and goes.  The stock seatbelts aren't as good at keeping you with the car now that it corners so much better.

When I replaced the bent front sway bar (actually an anti-roll bar) on my N/A with the one off my Turbo parts car, I noticed the N/A was hollow and the Turbo was solid.  Quite the difference!  Boy are Ford end links expensive!  There are aftermarket ones!?!

Oh thats okey about the spooling because I don't want the wheels to be spinning of the line anyways:) but once it hits the boots there better be OhShitHandle aroud to hold on to.

Think twice about the wheels spinning - I installed a VJ11 from a Ford Probe (bolts to the stock manifold) and once the boost hits in 1st and 2nd the  tires break free anyway. Your T3/T4 is much larger than the VJ11.

But either way, good luck with it, and I hope the torque doesnt twist your tranny in half (im afraid about chewing mine up)

I want videos of it in action!

Speaking of manifolds...what did you use to attach that garret? Did you just make up a flange or did you get a custom manifold of some sort made?
