what an AMAZING day! I had an absolute blast!

It was great to meet everyone and see all our cars together.

I am safe at my halfway point in Pittsburgh, I will be headed the rest of the way home tomorrow afternoon. Thank you all for your concern.

I just want to thank EVERYONE....it was my first meet and I loved it...I will deffinately be an official Capri owner soon!!!  Terri-you are awesome I love you....Had a wonderful time...thanks again to everyone for making me feel so welcome!

Great weather.  Great food.  Great people.  Great cars.  Great times.  Rick and Cheryl; thank you for at great job you did.  It was fun.  Hopefully Yuri didn't get stuck in the traffic like I did in Chicago.  He took 94.  I got stuck on 90 by O'Hare. Chicago sucks, but it still didn't ruin the great day we had.  Thank you very much!  See you next year.

traffic got a little slow, down to 5mph or so, but we pulled off for a 15 minute rest stop and by the time we got bnack on, it was all clear.  This meat was great, good job.

Hey everyone...  sorry it has taken me so long to get on...   We had to move our daughter (you know the photographer who was yelling at us Saturday) to Indianapolis yesterday to start college classes this week.

Let me first start by appologizing to those we did not spend alot of time with...  One of the bad things about being the host...is the work has to be done, which leaves very little time to socialize...  It was not that Rick and I didn't want to visit more....it was that we wanted things to keep moving..and thus left us with very little time to visit.  So PLEASE FORGIVE US...

Thank you all for your comments however...   As I stated before...we had alot of people working on this...  To Shirley.... THANK YOU for the shirts... they did look great and very comfortable.  I know you put alot of time and energy into making them for us!   To Terri - for her help with the computer and registration form...Thank you!  To our cooks - Dale and Rick...great job guys....   To Ray - for our entertainment....Thank you!    To the town of Medaryville...who was giving us the space we needed (even though I think we could have used more).   To all my helpers who worked behind the scenes for set up and clean up....   Thank you guys....

BUT most of all - THANK ALL OF YOU WHO ATTENDED...    You guys (the Capri owners) are what makes the gatherings so great....   Rick and I were the leaders and planners....  You coming and participating in the activities and visiting...is what makes the gathering so neat and exciting...   So to all of you...  I say Thank you!!!!

Now...  I am passing the torch to the next leader for next year....  Lets all stand behind them - whomever it may be....   Rick and I are already looking forward to next years Gathering....  AND watch out....  next year our Cobalt Blue will be ready for judging (maybe both of them)...ha ha..   See you ALL next year!!!!
