I have noticed that a few people have mentioned the want to attempt to eat kangaroo. There is a small shop in my area that sells wild game meats including kangaroo. Currently they have just relegalized it here in the states, so I may be able to get some burgers or steaks for the meet (yes thinking way ahead just throwing it out there to check interest). The web site has a different price listed which kinda pissed me off and it is only available in loins right now. the current cost is $17.95 lb. the site has it listed MUCH less expensive. (

It is a dry game meat meaning there isnt much fat on the animal so it is kinda difficult to cook (think venison, but even less fat). Just let me know please!
