Where to buy Lower quarter panels (Wheel Well replacements)

Hi I am looking for the lower drivers and passenger side lower wheel well replacements (Typical rust are as i am told) Have googled and can only find full lower quarter replacements for 200 a piece... Seems like a lot of money for a small piece of sheet metal..
