1994 center console price??

As I understand the 1994 console has an enclosed compartment with padded lid... is that correct? Any reason it wouldn't fit in a 1991? (non-turbo) Is the mirror adjust button still located there? How much $$ do they go for? Thanks

They fit directly into 91-93 cars. The mirror switch is there, and you'll gain two non-functioning window switches and lose a place for the headlight pop-up switch. Looks many, many times better though and you finally get a cupholder (kind of)!

I rewired the window switches to work. It was really easy to do. I did it mainly because I also went with the 94 door panels as well...


the console is also black. so you will want to paint the front piece to match or the console..

Looks real nice... I haven't desided yet exactly what I'm doing with the interior yet (except for the Mustang seats I got & the rear speakers enclosure).

Different item question... The 2 clear lens (each lower & in front of the headlights) are chipped on my car. Looking to replace them but only found this  part discription; "Park & turn signal lens (clear) 91-93" Are these seriously getting $120 for 2 pieces of clear plastic? Or am I confusing them with something else?

If you're buying from somewhere like ModernCapriParts, then yes. (highly suggest never purchasing anything from there)

I know Russ has a good set I pulled off one of his parts cars.

It was midcomustang.com in their Capri parts section. Obviously not where I can afford to shop for parts. Seeing I'm doing a custom project I could fabricate a 'new look' piece out of Lexan but my list of custom parts is already big.

IMO if you want to fab something, here was the 2 things I was looking at doing.

1. make a sheetmetal plate to cover the lights and give it a flush look and have some kind of design to let the light come through it.

2. do a S13 headlight conversion...I seen one on a 1G eclipse that looked so sweet. The 1G fronts are really close to our in shape.
