I'm really really hoping that since the 8 is close to a 9 he just mis-typed 1993 instead of 1983... If not I think I might die from laughter. Also thats actually a really clean 83 capri from the looks of it, but 3k sounds too good to be true.

I'm with Russ.  It appears to be a Capri McLaren.  They are very rare and even more so if it is a manual trans!
