his reserve was only 2k when he listed it before..he has no idea what he has..

if it was closer i would of bought it

Just means I can get it cheaper!  Salvage title means nothing.  If I was so inclined, it's easy to "wash" the salvage off the title.  It would be for my own use, so no worries!
