Looking good...300hp here you come! Props for going twin scroll.

Might want to really look into Megasquirt, especially the new MS3 coming out... Easy to setup Anti-Lag. I suspect you may need it with that turbo. Whats the CFM/Max HP rating of that turby?

Interested to see the finished product, I'll let you borrow my shoehorn when I'm done with it.

What kind of welder ya got? Still need to find a good one for myself.

sounds like a good plan !! didnt get to the muffler shop today ... driver bailed so now i have to find a new truck to tow it because U-haul wont rent a car dolly to explorer >.<

Well im a couple days late but heres some updates
Manifolds all done and turned out really good
 
 

3 inch stainless downpipe with v-band flange
 

Intercooler/Mishimoto radiator setup

Intercooler pipes setup
 
 

Most of the setup
 

I ended up going with a Tial 50mm blow off valve as you can see in the last pic. The last piece of the puzzle really is fabing a lower radiator line, weling a couple bungs on the intercooler piping for vacuum lines and a intake.

Mine cost right around $400 to build. A stock replacement would probably be a little cheaper/easier.
