Ever thought about getting some clear sides or smoking both? Then its the same instead of 2 different colors. Looks awesome

Thanks!!

Yep, thinking about going clear. Then just need to find some yellow LED strips. Those are just white ones behind the yellow lens.

You can get them at any parts store or even Wal-Mart. I just had to return 2 sets to Wal-Mart, grabbed the ones at O'Reilly instead, but they look like the exact same thing with different color packaging. We'll see if they work...

Or, you can use some amber tape from a parts store to repair lenses, and cover the LED strips.  Not as clean, but it allows you to use the clear lenses and have amber lights.

That would look god-awful under a clear lense. They make amber LED strips, they're the same price, and just as easy to get

Yep, if I ever get the clear lenses, I'm gonna get yellow LED's. Don't want to go cheap on that. Too visible!!

I like.  Wondering if you can run the led's and a lower wattage bulb.  I will have to get russ to let me swap out my 94 lights for 91-93.  94's are painted on inside, early ones are not.

Bob-
Not quite correct - some of the earlier lenses are painted on the inside, as well.  Although I cannot say for certain yet, it appears as the late 92's and up have the painted lenses....

If you want to swap lenses, I would be happy to!

Both the clear and the amber lenses had the paint on the inside edges. Mineral spirits, toothbrush and a scuff pad took care of that business!!

All the lenses are painted on the inside, on the outer strip

Don't give up the 94's bob - they look much better than the 91-93!
