ok i need help with some info i need new seats and carpet. also my capri is non turbo and it runs hot what would cause this and how to fix it? and i have white smoke coming from the exaust what causes this and how to fix?  please anyone help me

Sounds like you have a blown head gasket - caused by overheating. If its too hot, DONT DRIVE IT. Sounds like that's too late though. White smoke is coolant burning. Could be caused by a bad thermostat, water pump, clogged hoses or passages, ect

Agreed with the thermostat,
just replaced mine and i've noticed a difference in operating temps as well as fuel economy.
