hi guys new aussie capri member here, im in WA aus, just bought a
90 turbo SA form a fat old lady, whod done very little driving in it, im looking to do a few mods, im suprised how little info there is about these cars, untill i found this place.

basically looking to spend 5-800 bucks, and get a bit more bang, without cooking the engine, as i bought it as a work car, for the fuel economy.
the muffler as standard sucks, can anybody suggest a decent alternative, also i want to put a pod filter, and dump/ blow off valve,

anybody suggest what after market parts to go far?

thanks

ok thares a thread called
 "BOVs the major players"
in the xr2 323gt/gtx, forum
that will give you an idea of whats out there...

if you scroll down through thares another thread called "BOV setup ...show me" that will give ya some ideas on how to install it....

for 800.00 id do a front mount with some custom hard pipes, and have rocket chip your ecu....
install a walbro 255lph low pressure pump...
some decent plug wires, and some denso or ngk plugs...
get a ball & spring style boost controller and a good boost guage...that would put a huge grin on your face for under 800.00
if ya had a grand... personally, id get a wideband A/F guage next.....
you can do it however ya want, its your whip.. and any questions ya got can be answered here..
so enjoy the car and have fun......Joe ..
