i haven't done it yet, but i know someone else has.. and i they said it's not too hard. im assuming it's just drilling through the firewall that's the hard part.

You can sneak the wires up inside the driverside fender and through the firewall, with the aux harness for the lights and such. Comes out just under the dash as far over as you can go. Then you can tuck it under the edge of the carpet just beneath the door.

Removing the AC...its just parts and a new belt. None of it is hard to do it just requires time and some $$ for the battery relocation kit

Hey Josh! Get the length figured out by stretching any kind of cord or string along the path that your cables will route and then go to a welding supply house and ask for #2 or #0 welding cable. They carry that in bulk. If they only carry black then you'll need to somehow mark one to differ it from the other. Way back when in my younger days, must of my buddies would run a ground through the bottom of the trunk to a frame rail. Also the welding supply will have the appropiate eye for the starter relay end of the cable. Use silver content soft solder to secure any cable ends and flush them of any solder flux afterward.  Good Luck  Gus.

Hey Josh!  I forgot to put in, any you pass an electrical wire or cable through sheetmetal one should install a gromet to prevent the cable coating from rubbing through and grounding out. In the course of the cable if you can't find the proper grommet then a piece of garden hose or other types of hose taped to the affected area will suffice to protect from cutting through the cable housing.  Gus.

I'm not sure what you are referring to about the cam gears - they are all OEM.
