Body Drain holes

Working on getting rid of some of the rust on my 93 xr2. Noticing rust on the rocker panel. Shop manyal mentions drain holes. Can someone tell me where they are? Also, I know there are drains for the top that goe into tubes. saw there in the Scrap yard on a car with no interior. Where do they terminate? I am assuming rocker panel rust is from the inside, and I want to stop it where it is.
