I have heard from a couple of my car friends, that Royal Purple - "Purple Ice" is a quality coolant additive that helps keep the engine runnig cooler. Below is a link to their website.  I am going to put in my car after my new radiator breaks in.  I had my Capri out 9 hours yesterday in the Ohio heat and I have the same issue with the engine components getting real hot

Actually....

You want the air intake to be cool...

Engine temps must be hot enough to burn correctly.

If you reduce your intake temps thats all you need to do.

You can do the rear vent thing like RCI did, Pipe in some air from the front airdam and enclose your air filter with a heat shield. those will all help.

i been running my DMS without the front bumper since i installed the new FMIC and there is a huge difference in the temps. the intercooler is working great

there is plenty of room to run a pipe from the drivers side front up to there air box.  i had layed out when i sold the car. then you mount the filter with a heatshield and boom....
